Is the purchased ticket transferable?
You can transfer your ticket until one week before the event. Send us the name of the new registrant. The cost for transferring a ticket is 15.00 € for administrative fees.

Can I change my classes once I have bought a ticket?
When buying your ticket you will be asked to choose the lessons you want to join. You can change your preferences until one month before the event. Any modification depends on availability in the classes of your interest. If they are full, we can not make the change.
Is there any way I can change my ticket once purchased?
If you have purchased a single workshop ticket and you decide to upgrade to a package, you can do so by paying the difference. On the contrary, if you have bought a package and you want to change to a single lesson, we will apply the governing rules for ticket reimbursement valid upon booking.
Can I buy a package and share it with a friend?
No, packages are personal and can not be shared among different persons.
If I do not show up at the event, can I have my ticket reimbursed?
Unused tickets will not be refunded and can not be used for other events.
In case of health problems, is the ticket refundable?
The ticket is partially refundable until one week before the event. In case of health problems you will need to provide a medical certificate.
